NAEYC Accreditation
Old Village School, Ridge Wood and Thornton Creek Preschool Programs are nationally accredited.
Northville Public Schools Early Childhood Education Preschool programs located at Old Village School, Ridge Wood and Thornton Creek elementary schools have earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) — the nation’s leading organization for early childhood professionals.
“We’re proud to have earned this mark of quality from NAEYC, and to be recognized for our commitment to reaching the highest professional standards,” said Early Childhood Education and Extended Day Program Coordinator Chelsea Simons. “NAEYC accreditation lets families in our community know that children in our program are getting the best care and early learning experiences possible.”
Northville Public Schools Early Childhood Programs are three of only 127 other preschool programs in the State of Michigan to earn NAEYC Accreditation. Feel free to view the NAEYC link below for more information on NAEYC.
