SUMMER 2025 PROGRAM INFORMATION

Preschool Summer Camp - FULL WITH A WAITLIST

June 17, 2025- August 15, 2025
 
Our preschool Summer Camp is a fantastic opportunity for children to have fun and learn at the same time! The variety of activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor fun and special visitors, will keep children engaged.
 
Location: Old Village School
 
Program Highlights:
  • A variety of activities to keep your child engaged are planned including school led events and on-site special visitors
  • Breakfast and an afternoon snack are included. Bring or buy lunch option is available. (Free lunch is not offered in summer)
  • Program Hours 8:30am-4:00pm
  • Before Care 7-8:30am and After Care 4-6pm
  • Enroll for the entire summer with a minimum of two days per week. Families committing to the full 9-week program will receive vacation days based on the number of days enrolled
 
Consistent schedule: 2-5 days a week for entire summer $66 per day
Before Care: $8.50 per morning
After Care: $10.75 per afternoon (Last day of after care Thursday, August 14, 2025)
 
Program Closed July 4, 2025
  • $250 non-refundable registration and activity fee is due at registration for in district families ($500 max per family)
  • $275 non refundable registration and activity fee is due at registration for out of district families
  • Any schedule changes are due in writing to the Early Childhood office by April 25, 2025. You may email these changes to [email protected]. Any changes after April 25, 2025 will incur a $75 schedule change fee per child
  • Children must be 3 by the start of the summer program
  • 5% sibling discount
  • Registration and activity fee are subject to change
  • All tuition is invoiced and paid monthly

Summer Kids' Club - Young 5's - 5th Grade - FULL WITH A WAITLIST

June 17, 2025 - August 15, 2025
 
We offer a summer program designed for school age children, offering a fun filled and enriching experience throughout the summer. Our program combines the expertise of our school year Kids' Club staff with new and returning summer staff. 
 
Location: Ridge Wood Elementary
 
Program Highlights:
  • A variety of activities to keep your child engaged are planned including school led events, on-site special visitors adn weekly field trips.
  • Breakfast and an afternoon snack are included. Bring or buy lunch option is available. (Free lunch is not offered in summer)
  • Program Hours 8:45am-4:15pm
  • Before Care 7-8:45am and After Care 4:15-6pm
 
2 Schedule Options:
  • Enroll for the entire summer with a minimum of 2 days per week. Families committing to the full 9-week program will receive vacation days based on the number of days enrolled. 
  • There is a Pick a Week option available Monday through Friday with no vacation days. A minimum of 5 weeks must be selected. (Before/After Care schedules must match your Pick a Week schedule)
