The Northville Mustangs Varsity Football team will help open the 2025 high school football season at the 20th Annual Amazon Prep Kickoff Classic on Thursday, August 28, at 7:00 p.m. The Mustangs will take the field at Wayne State University’s Tom Adams Field to face off against the Lake Orion Dragons in this milestone season opener.
The Amazon Prep Kickoff Classic is Michigan’s premier high school football showcase, celebrating 20 years of exciting matchups. This year marks another opportunity for Northville athletes, cheerleaders, marching band, and fans to be part of the state’s most anticipated season kickoff.

A portion of the proceeds will directly benefit Northville and other participating schools. Tickets are also available at the gate for $15 (children 5 and under are free). One ticket grants admission to both games on August 28. Please note that bags are prohibited inside the stadium.
