2021-22 COVID Mitigation Plan Recommendation for Board of Education Consideration / August 24, 2021 Board of Education Meeting

Dear Northville Public Schools Families, Staff, and Community,
 
During the Northville Board of Education Committee of the Whole meeting on August 17, 2021, the NPS Central Office Leadership Team recommended a multiple layered approach to COVID-19 mitigation and safety measures for the 2021-2022 school year. The Board had initial discussion of the recommendation and listened to comments from the community during the public comment portions of the meeting, in addition to ongoing review of all communications sent via email to [email protected].

The Board of Education will be further discussing the Northville Public Schools 2021-2022 COVID-19 Mitigation Plan Recommendation at the regular meeting of the Board of Education on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., with another opportunity for public comment. The August 24, 2021 Board of Education meeting will be held in-person at Meads Mill Middle School with a Zoom webinar link also available, allowing attendees to attend either in-person or remotely, and likewise, provide public comment either in-person or remotely. Community members may alternatively provide comment to the Board of Education via email to [email protected]. The Board anticipates making a final decision regarding the Northville Public Schools 2021-22 COVID Mitigation Plan at the August 24, 2021 meeting.
