SUMMER 2024 PROGRAM INFORMATION
PRESCHOOL SUMMER CAMP June 18, 2024 - August 16, 2024
Summer is a great time to have fun while continuing to learn. Our Preschool Summer Camp incorporate arts and crafts, interactive activities and outdoor fun. Throughout the summer children will be engaged in a wide variety of activities, project work and special visitors. Our summer camp program is designed to accommodate your busy summer, all in a safe, trusted and familiar environment at Old Village School. Breakfast and afternoon snacks are provided each day. A bring or buy lunch option is available. Enrollment is for the entire summer with a minimum of two days per week with one week of vacation for those enrolled for the entire 9 week program.

Schedule/Payments
3-5 year olds (Must be 3 years old by June 18, 2024)
Minimum of 2 days per week
8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
FEE: $60.00/per day
Before Care
7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
FEE: $7.00/morning
After Care - Last day of After Care is Thursday, August 15, 2024
4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
FEE: $9.50/afternoon
Program Closed July 4 & 5, 2024.
- $225 non-refundable registration and activity fee is due at registration ($450 maximum per family)
- $250 non-refundable registration and activity fee is due at registration for out-of-district families
- Any schedule changes are due in writing to the Early Childhood office by April 26, 2024. You may email these changes to [email protected]. Any changes after April 26, 2024 will incur a $50.00 change fee per child
- 5% sibling discount
- Registration and activity fee subject to change
All tuition is invoiced and paid on a monthly basis
SUMMER KIDS' CLUB June 18, 2024 - August 16, 2024
A full day program for school age children, where they can enjoy a fun-filled summer. The staff is a mix of school year Kids' Club staff together with new and returning summer staff, typically college students. On-Site special visitors will also join the group throughout the summer. Breakfast and an afternoon snack are provided. A bring or buy lunch option is available. Enrollment for the entire summer, with a minimum of two days per week, receives one week of vacation for those enrolled in the entire 9 week program.

Minimum of 2 days per week
8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
2 Schedule Options:
- Consistent Schedule - 2-5 days per week for entire summer
FEE: $60 per day
- Pick Your Weeks - 5 days per week with a minimum of 5 out of the 9 weeks. (Before/After care schedules need to be the same schedule as Pick Your Weeks)
FEE: $65 per day
