7:45-8:20 a.m. Gym Open

8:20-8:30 a.m.Attendance and Announcements

8:30-8:45 a.m. Group Game

8:45 a.m. Dismissal to Class

8:45 a.m. Kindergarteners are escorted to class by staff

3:30 p.m. Kids’ Club Reminders

A staff member goes into each classroom to remind all children who are scheduled to attend Kids’ Club that day to meet in the MPR after school. If a child has a change in after school plans, the staff member will verify that there was a note/e-mail/phone call expressing this change.
Kindergarteners are picked up from class and walked down to the MPR by staff each afternoon.

3:45 p.m. Dismissal from School (Children wash hands, then meet in MPR)

3:45-3:55 p.m. Attendance and Announcements

3:55-4:10 p.m. Snack Time

4:10-5:25 p.m. Library, Cottage and Gym/Outside Open

5:25-5:45 p.m. Clean-Up Time followed by Group Games in Library (Other areas closed)

5:45-6:00 p.m. Book/Homework/Quiet Time

6:00 p.m. Kids’ Club Ends
